The resort's stunning location amidst rice paddies and lush jungle provided breathtaking views that we will never forget. The staff at Homm Saranam were the kindest, most caring individuals we have ever encountered. They went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and happiness during our stay. The resort's organic food, sourced from their own garden, was absolutely delicious, and we enjoyed the unique cocktail/mocktail concoctions made with local fruits. Highly recommended for families looking to experience the authentic and tranquil side of Bali.

My wife says the trolley ride from our room to the pool took longer than expected.

This luxurious hotel offered exclusive amenities that met all of our needs. The service was exceptional, and the Spa & wellness centre was a great place to relax. The swimming pool was stunning, and the outdoor swimming pool was a perfect way to spend the day. Live entertainment was a great touch, and the massages were some of the best we've had. The library was a nice touch, and the BBQ facilities were a great way to enjoy the beautiful garden areas. The spa centre was also a standout, as was the delicious food served at the restaurant.

The only minor issue we found was with the limited menu options at one of the restaurants/cafes on site. However, this was far outweighed by all of the positive aspects of this hotel, and overall we had a fantastic experience here.

The location of the hotel was nice, surrounded by lush greens and terraced fields. The descent through the inclinators was a bit scary but quite exciting. The restaurant had an amazing view of the valley and the mountains. The breakfast had limited options, but it tasted good.

There were many unpleasant smells in the hotel lobby and the bathrooms were poorly maintained.

The food was fresh, delicious, and well presented, and the resort offered free activities throughout the day, including yoga and meditation.
